Sorry for such long break in actualisations.... But roridulas were patiently growing and wainting;) Faster passages will cause better growth, but we can get some useful informations too:

-NAA is toxic for roridula
-BAP causes little deformations of leaves
-kinetin is great
-IBA does't couse root formation in MS i have to try with other medium
-everything very depends on the quality of used explants- that from back test and not great concentrations weren't too succesful...

Photos:[concentrations are from left to the right- first 3- 0,2mg, next- 0,5mg, last 1mg]

Now i will put everyting on 50% MS and next try to grow them bigger and aclymatise, what can be most difficult. I think about try with WPM...

Regards and sorry again for such long break- i have too many work with everything and this projesc was "forgotten" for a while.

Hello

In my opinion best way to TC roridula is just planting it on 50% MS, and cutting on pieces, without any homrones. Cutted off top parts of plants and passaged on 30% MS 0,5 IBA, and after they are big enough- deflasked. They root easy in 1-2 months. Most importent is to provide them correct conditions after deflasking.

Regards
