I've never had any Cephalotus in vitro yet, but I will be receiving some soon. I've read that 20% MS is good for cephs, but that they grow slowly. Has anyone experimented with different hormones and media? If so, what was the best performing combination that you were able to find?

Hi dUKe, please specfy what Knudson you have used.
Knudson C ( original formulation from 1946 ) or any modification of Knudson C ( Morel ) ? There is a big difference between them.

Thanks for the information dUKe!

One question: What is 2 ml/L ba? Is that 6-BAP?

Why do you work with activated charcoal? Is it essential or only recommended?

Thanks
