I sow it last week and they began to germinate 7-8 day after sowing. I use MS macro/2.

I sanded seeds with 2 emery-paper prior to sterilization with bleach.
This work fine, seeds look swelled.

Do you think 50%MS will be ok ? How long did you sterilized your seeds in bleach solution ?

There is a publication about multiplication in vitro of drosophyllum. They conclude that full MS strengh was the most efficient medium. try with full strengh.

I sterilized seeds for about 3 min.

Thanks. I received this article today, so in one week I'll start new culture. I'll write if I have a success.
