Did you use any growth regulators to get them to multiply like that?

Were they from seed or leaf cutting?

Both cultures were replated 2 times - each 3 months.

That's great!

Did You bring the Vitamins back up to 100% or left them at 50% as well as the MS?

Thanks!

Hi Milos, all member in forum

I really interest CP tissue culture, specially like flytrap and nepenthes TC.

This forum very helpful to someone like me.

However, I just study CT 2 month, have no time and condition for do it at home. But I planning to start make a small lab for test at home. In future I will need more help.

I hope this forum will more and more development!

Best ragards!

Hi all!

I planning to use Flytrap leaf for culture, what media can I use(media for scar tissue)? And how long can I replated? This is first time I do it, so I have no experience of this.

If possible, please give me some suggests of sterilization.

Many thanks!
