Hi, just sterilise the seeds with 10% bleach, rinse with distilled sterile water and sow on medium under sterile conditions.....there is really not much to it:-) |

Hi, How many time before germination? I sow auriculata there is two week. And still no germination.... Have you decrease the temperature for this culture? |

Hi, no I did not decrease the temperature. When the seeds are fresh, they germinate within 20 days. Sometimes it takes more than a month, dont know why. |
