Germinate temperatures: I stratify the temperate species still in the fridge. Is one able to do alpine plants like D. arturi, D. uniflora likewise with 20°C allow to germinate without night sinking? Or need they a cool night like the plants in nature?
Sterilise: I often read that your seed with 20% bleach sterilises 10-20 minuten! I use 20% normal household bleach with 2.8g Natriumhypochlorit + 10% vinegar solution + 1 drop detergent (but only 4-6 minutes + 2 times rinse). Is these your sterilise solution too?
