Seeds: - 20% bleach + 1 drop of detergent for 20 min - rinse 3 times with sterile water
Flower stalk: - cut flower stalk - wash flower stalk under running tap water with any detergent ( use toothbrush ) - cut flower stalk into 3 - 4 cm pieces ( you can wax the cut ends to prevent bleach to get inside explant ) - sterilize in 20% bleach for 15 min - cut the waxed or death ends with sterile scalpel - rinse 3 times with sterile water

i tried leaves of vft :
rince leaves with toothbrush under running water 5-10 minutes alcoohol 90 - 45 secondes rince stérile water h202 for 2 minutes 10%bleach for 10-13 minutes rince 5 minutes x4
second method i tried
betadine 2 minutes bleach 10% 16 min rince 4 times x 5 minutes
third method
wash under running water with toothbrush 2% bleach for 50 minutes rince 5 minutes x2
so three day ago, i'm waiting for results, if it works or not.
i tried with some leaf from louchapates, wacky trap, coquillage, crocodile and schuppentiel.

sativ what do you want to say ? not enough time in bleach?
15 day now i made this, i have some contaminations.
2% bleach 45 minute killed my leaf, all are black.
sorry i have to find a good translator, difficult for me in english.
i'll try again make tc cultur tomorrow.
difficult to find good process, it's depend on size of leaves, little leaves can't stay 45minutes in 2% bleach, that kill them.
but big leaf can, all plant in 20% bleach for 13-16 minutes died, all black, no contamination but leaves are dead.

I don't have very big experience with VFT's, but they hate high pH level, so use for their sterylisation 5% activated bleach , next NaDCC. It is hard to say, becouse plants from each location are different, their inside contaminations varies from their growing conditions.
