What do you mean with failed ?

Contamination or the explants died ?

Not contamination, but the explant dead (green color change to black color). Maybe my method to strong for nepenthes?

I want to try TC with nep leaf, do you think is it possible?

As i know for now- it is not possible, there were some info about geting cellus from tendrils but i didn't veryfied it yet- it also needs many experiments to do...

What exacly was the explant? I had fail with this method- contamination...

my explant are N. trichocarpa and N. mirabilis. all dead without contamination.

Is anyone aware of just how quickly Nepenthes becomes host to that endosymbiotic fungi and whether the use of a conventionally germinated seedling plant -- months old -- would improve results for in vitro use as an explant than, say, an older, more established one?

Chloramphenicol is toxic but tetracykline is harmful only.
