FORUM IN VITRO

Hi first time here ,see no threads on this for a long time so there may be some good experienced gained since 2009, I would like to know who has found a good re-plate medium for high land nep's , , we have seed in and some germination , but hear a lot about the re-plating have troubles with the strengths of the mix and a lot or high mortality rate , has some one got a great working medium they mite share , and would active charcoal be a advantage or not as it is in orchids , and info will be great please
